The Postpartum: Unfiltered Podcast was created to share stories, increase awareness, build community, and help women and their partners set expectations.
After experiencing all that is Postpartum for the first time, with little-to-no guidance on the full breadth of what to potentially expect, I knew things needed to change.
It is not something we routinely talk about in our society and many people are made to feel uncomfortable discussing the topic. This leads to mismatched expectations, feelings of isolation, and lack of support for our postpartum women.
The Postpartum: Unfiltered Podcast aims to share women's stories to raise awareness and promote open, honest discussion about postpartum.
