Frequently Asked Questions

What is your New Patient Procedure?

I believe in evaluating each patient as an individual, taking the time to understand their needs and goals and focusing on what they need to heal, recover, and support their health.

The first Chiropractic visit consists of taking a health history, a musculoskeletal exam, discussing treatment goals, and formulating a treatment plan that best fits each individual patient. Chiropractic treatment and soft tissue therapy are also performed at the initial visit.

The first Health & Wellness Coaching visit includes a health history, discussion of your goals, anything you have tried in the past, and options for the future. We spend the time needed to understand what you are looking to achieve and how we can tailor a plan to fit your lifestyle. We will build a plan that is sustainable and discuss on-going support.

When Can I start Prenatal Chiropractic Care?

You can begin treatment at any time during your Pregnancy. Treatment is specific to you and your needs. We will discuss your concerns and formulate a treatment plan that best suits your Body and Health Goals.

When Can I Start Postpartum Care?

Many Women can start Postpartum care within a few weeks following Birth. This is a time to really listen to your body to help determine what is right for you. For existing patients, we will discuss a plan for Postpartum care at the end of your Pregnancy. For new patients interested in Postpartum care, please feel free to contact me for more information specific to you and your needs.

What Health Insurance do you Accept?

At this time I am not in network with insurance.
Insurance companies dictate how and when a patient can be treated, which I do not believe is what is best for my patients. Women deserve the care they need when they need it, not the care an insurance company who has never met them says they need.

Do I Need a Referral?

You do not need a referral. If you are interested in maintaining life-long health, wish to aid your recovery, or wish to maintain a healthy lifestyle, contact me today to discuss treatment options!

Can I See You if I am Not Pregnant or Postpartum?

While I have a focus on Pregnant and Postpartum Women, all Women are welcome! Please contact me with any questions or concerns you may have about starting care.

What is Mobile Chiropractic Care?

Instead of you having to travel to a clinic, our skilled chiropractor comes to you, equipped with portable chiropractic table and all necessary tools to provide a full range of chiropractic treatments.
